What a difference a few days make. After a skunking on Friday's charter, the stripers were in full force today. The charter with Andy and Lou from Albany aboard, we set up first in the east cut at the end of the incoming for only one missed fish. When the tide turned went to the inlet and set up. The action started almost immediately. 24 stripers boated ranging from 22 inches to 35 inches. Bluefish chewing up the lines and a few skate. They kept four keepers and three bluefish.
All fish came on clams and chum. Skates came on bunker chunks.
