I thought you'd never ask... ;-)

Here are the steps:
1. Login
2. From this post, click on the "Post Reply" button
3. Click on the "Click here to upload!" link just under the large text box
4. In the popup window click on the "Browse..." button and then double click on the image file from wherever you have it located on your hard drive...
5. Click the "Ok" button from the pupup page.
6. Click the "Ok" button again when the image is finished uploading...
7. Check the box that says "Embed picture in post"
8. Click the "Ok" button
