Just bought a boat late in the season. Used to trailer the old one, always been a north shore boater, Port Jeff, Oyster Bay Etc. due to costs i found myself in Freeport, very excited about the fall bass season. Got out when it was supposed to be slow (very few boats out) we got two fish in an hour. Now the season is in full effect there's so many boats out nothings biting in the inlet (for me anyway). After being a north shore boater for 30 years this is gonna take some getting used to... But I love having access to the ocean in 15 min. any inlet fishing pointers ?
