Left out of Chatham at 4:30am Seas were calm and we ran 20 miles south of Nantucket. Trolled for about two hours with birds and whales all around us but no tuna in sight. Radio chatter started picking up and we moved back off the south shore of Nantucket where there were birds and tuna crashing the surface everywhere (an awesome sight) Continued to troll around for about an hour until we went right over a school and had 3 hits at the same time. Two got hooked the other was a short strike. The first tuna came aboard about 30 minutes later it was around 8lbs. The other kicked out butts for another hour until we finally landed it. It was arounf 180lbs. Awesome day with Captain Baob Miller aboard the headhunter. We have been fishing with him for about 15 years and he has never let us down!
