I've been out at Jones beach piers about three times this week. They haven't checked for my license yet but I was told they were looking for night fishing permits strictly.

I've been down to the piers a lot this season, was asked if I had a license (i do)at the ticket both pulling into field 10, Was down there on a tuesday night and a park cop kicked us out at around 9:30 pm, I didnt get my night pass, this yr, I think it's bs that we need a night pass, Some of us broke down and bought the salt water license, that should be enough, UGH!
