Hello all,

I will be moving to LI probably around Huntington from Tampa, Fl. I am a little sad leaving my hometown but have to for a little bit.

I own a 218 DLV Carolina skiff and wanted to know what type of saltwater fishing there is? Is it worth bring the boat up?

I am use to wreck fishing, flats fishing, and a little trolling.

Tight lines,
Javy

We have some good fishing up here. I would definetly bring the boat. Northshore fishing in the L.I. Sound is great. Bluefish, Striped Bass, Fluke, Blackfish, Porgys. I fish there with a 19.5 Wellcraft Bay. Your boat will be fine.
